This interactive and hands-on workshop is designed for anyone wishing to learn more about equine musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology, and how this relates to equine movement, performance, injury and rehabilitation.
It is ideal for:
- Students completing any of TOCES’ equine anatomy and physiology, therapy or biomechanics programmes
- Equine therapists wishing to undertake CPD
- Horse owners wishing to update their knowledge
Both TOCES students and non-students are welcome to attend. Attendees may attend the workshop in full, or for individual days.
Held over three days, the workshop is comprised of:
- Taught lectures delivered by subject experts
- Practical demonstrations, incorporating the painted and ridden horse
- Interactive teaching sessions such as dissection, group discussions and case scenarios

Full workshop fee: £250 (£195 for TOCES students)

Expert Teaching Staff
TOCES’ teaching team consists of course advisors, lecturers and tutors, all of whom are expert industry professionals, with a wealth of knowledge in their field. Between them, members of the team hold a combination of PhDs, Master of Science degrees, Post-Graduate Certificates in Education, Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Science degrees, Veterinary Nursing diplomas and degrees and British Horse Society qualifications.
